Los Cantantes del Lago will continue to strive for artistic excellence.
Three principal objectives of our Mission are as follows;
to support young musicians
to perform the works of Mexican composers, and
to share our music with the Mexican community.
We believe that music is a powerful force for good. Past Los Cantantes concerts have included selections sung in English, Spanish, French, German, Estonian, Latin, Greek, Quechua (Ecuador) and Nahuatl (Mexico). Music, in any language, serves to unite us.
Los Cantantes will continue to refine our musical skills, to strive for excellence, and reach out musically to our audiences, old and new.
